"It is within our families that we learn unconditional love, which can come to us and draw us very
close to God's love. It is within families that values are taught and character is built,"

Easter

Easter was a few weeks ago, but I had lots of pictures to share. We started our Sunday with an Easter egg hunt for lea. She loved it! We then headed to church and had wonderful lessons about the atonement of Christ and that He is Risen.

After church we went over to my parents. The Easter Bunny also left some treats for us there! This year it was just my brother's family, my parents, Keally and our family. My sister could not make it  and we really missed her and her family.  All the kids had so much looking for their eggs! The Kids were also able to decorate cookies. Lea didn't really know what she was supposed to be doing, so we did it for her. Instead she just ran around the house eating the frosting.

Lots and lots of updates....

I can't believe that I haven't blogged since Halloween!! That's crazy. Well this post is going to be full of pictures of our latest adventures. Where to start...

So we are out of Rexburg. We really miss our friends and neighbors, but we are glad to be here in Oregon with family. Jason graduated in December and I was able to walk with him even though I'm not done with my degree until April. I'm so proud of him and all the hard work that he put into school. Jason is currently working for an internet marketing company and doing some things of his own on the side. I'm finishing up school and taking care of Lea.

Our empty apartment

I can't wait to be done with classes. I am taking 18 credits this semester and it has been a little hard. But I'm so glad that I only have 2 1/2 weeks left until I get my Bachelor's. I couldn't be any more happy!!

We took family pictures with Jason's family.

I love this one of Lea

I celebrated my 21st B-day in December!

We celebrated Christmas with Family

We went to my sister's for New Years.

We took a trip with Jason's parents to Florida and the Bahamas!!

During all of these adventures, I was pregnant. By the time we actually went to the doctor I was already 13 and 1/2 weeks and they were able to tell what we were having. This pregnancy was a total surprise. We were being careful and cautious, but I guess Heavenly Father had another plan for us. I'm due August 5th. Lea and her baby brother will be a little less than 2 years apart, but that's okay. The pregnancy has gone pretty well. I get nauseous really fast, but nothing very extreme. I'm so excited to have another baby. I can't wait to meet him! And Jason couldn't be any happier. He really wanted Lea to be a boy, but that didn't happen. So He is extremely excited about us having a boy. Lea is going to be such a great sister. I can't wait for her to meet her brother.

Halloween!!

We had a Ward Halloween party about two weeks ago. We were so excited for Lea to wear her costume that we got for her last year for $5 dollars a few days after Halloween. She looked so cute as a pumpkin!!

Jason's parents also came to town that weekend and we had the privilege of having them over for a week. It was so much fun having them here! We went to a pumpkin patch in Idaho Falls. Lea had a blast on the little train.
We didn't really put  much effort into carving our pumpkins, so  they didn't turn out that well...

Lea had so much fun with Nana and Papa and so did we. Lea was able to go to the park and play with them while Jason and I were at school. We were able to get so much homework done!! We are so grateful that they came to Rexburg to help us us out!

Called to Serve!

My friend Genna has being called to serve a mission in Ogden, Utah. I am so excited for her. Genna and I have been really good friends since my first semester at BYU-I. We were roommates our first semester and our friendship has been strong since then. Genna was also my Maid of Honor at my wedding. She is an amazing girl and will be a great missionary. She went through the temple on Thursday and I was pleased to join her.
