"It is within our families that we learn unconditional love, which can come to us and draw us very
close to God's love. It is within families that values are taught and character is built,"

Lea and Daddy

I love seeing Lea and Jason play. When he gets home from work the first thing that he does is he gets on the floor and starts playing with her. They wrestle, play hide n seek, watch tv, and just run around the house like crazy people. The other day, I caught them dancing. It was so cute!!

Lea is just getting so big. She is almost completely potty trained. We only put a Pull Up on her for night time and these past couple of nights she hasn't really had any accidents. I'm so proud of her!! She is doing great at adjusting to her little brother and helping around the house. Sometimes I do miss her being little, but I'm so proud in the little girl that she is becoming!

Zaden and mommy

I just love hanging out with Zaden!! His smile is so contagious. He is growing up so fast. The other day I was looking through our pictures and I came across pictures of Lea and Zaden when they were born. They were so little and delicate. Now they are getting so big and are able to play with each other (Zaden just stares at lea, but she likes to talk, touch, hit, and play with him). I love to snuggle with both them and sometimes when Zaden and I wait for lea to get up we just talk, cuddle and take pictures.

Cold weather

These past few weeks have been really cold here in Oregon. We've had little snow here and there. Last week, we had more than usual and Lea loved it. At first I didn't want her to go outside because she has a little cold, but I felt so bad not letting her enjoy it. So I bundled her up and we ant outside! She loved sticking her tongue out and having the snowflakes fall on it. She was so cute!!

Also because of the cold weather we had a water pipe brake in our garage on Sunday. Water started to come out of our power control panel and both sides of our home. Jason wasn't home when this happened, he was a church. I was able to get help from my neighbors and the firemen. It was a blessing that I stayed home with my sick kids  and was able to be here for it, if not, it could have been much much worse.

Sibling love...

I love watching Lea and Zaden interact everyday. It's truly the little things that matter. Lea every morning wakes up asking for Zaden and wanting to wake him up. Sometimes she is so excited to see him, that she goes and wakes him up and even gets in the crib with him (I have to watch her every move). Lea also loves to hold Zaden all the time and calls him cute, which melts my heart every time I hear it! Zaden just loves to watch everything Lea does. His eyes move from one side of the room to the other to watch what his big sister is doing. Lea is truly an amazing big sister and Zaden is the best little brother!!

Getting our first real Christmas Tree

This past Saturday, we got our first real Christmas tree!! It was so exciting. Lea loved running around and looking through all the trees. Zaden just hung out in my arms.

It was so fun bringing the tree home. We got a great deal on lights and ornaments on black friday so once we got home, we got right into decorating. We can't wait to do it again next year!

Next year we'll probably get a taller one!

Thanksgiving 2013

This year we got to spend Thanksgiving with my family! Since Jason and I have been married, we have never been able to spend Thanksgiving with them and it was so much Fun. My older sister came from Klamath Falls with her family. My older brother was also there with his Family. We had a great time!! I loved seeing all the kids play together. Most of the afternoon the kids were outside so I was able to take some picture of them! Here is an overload of picture--

It's really hard to get all the kids to look at the camera….
